Willow Smith is definitely creative when it comes to style, here is a behind the scenes video of a photo shoot she did for London Sunday Times Style section. My favorite look has to be the photo up above, love the earrings, nails and glasses (i actually want a pair).
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas! This year I am at home with my family and after our traditional Christmas Eve barbecue (it's Miami) I'll stay up late watching movies and helping my sister wrap gifts for my niece (late night gift wrapping is another one of our traditions). May you all be happy and healthy in your respective places!
I recently checked out Martin clothes online , designed by Anne Albert Johnson, the clothes are easy breezy, basically I found a lot of pieces that would go great for Spring/Summer.
I started a new blog for my new job as social media coordinator for a small handbag company called Murval Paris I was trying to decide if I wanted to mix the two or just let them lead separate lives, I decided on the former. Of course they're two very different blogs, but occasionally I'll mention one on the other (this being one of those times). I created this really cool look on Polyvore and decided to share it over here too. The new blog is Girl Meets Handbag , so feel free to follow along over there too ;).
Like many of you, I troll fashion blogs regularly and sometimes I get so inspired by a look I think "hey, I can do that!" I had such a moment when I came across this photo on Late Afternoon via StreetFsn
The girl's name is Eva and this sweatshirt is what prompted the earlier statement. I went out to Walmart (two weeks before Christmas, mind you, it was a mad house!) and picked up a gray sweatshirt (I own very few since I live in Miami) grabbed the scissors and went to chopping...only I didn't have the picture in front of me and my shirt looks like it got caught on the edge of something and ripped a part...I'll take a look at it again in the morning to see if it's salvageable, but for now it serves as a reminder to me to always look at the picture first :(. (I'll upload pictures of my failed attempt later on Facebook, which you should "like" btw).
Anyway, here are a few more pictures from Streetfsn
Eva again
Anja Rubik...loving the whole look, including the peep of leopard print shoes.
Christine Centenera I doubt that it's faux :(, but I love how the fur polishes off the entire look.
The weather in Miami is warming up (I'm hoping for a cold Christmas), but I still want these bracelets from MysticFibers , they're silver yarn bracelets. They look cozy and come gift wrapped...
I was going through my pictures and stumbled across these photos of Mary Kate that I didn't post. I believe they are from the Marie Claire September issue. The first is one of my favorite. Enjoy!
It's cold in Miami, in the 50's (which is freezing for us:) as I rejoice at finally being able to take my boots out for a run (yay Osojoss) and listen to Ray Charles and Betty Carter's Baby It's Cold Outside, I took a look at Zara's look book and picked out my favorite evening and November pieces (while sipping hot cocoa of course). Enjoy!
Kerry Washington is one of my favorite actresses, ever since she played the sister in Save the Last Dance, she's been on my radar, she takes on versatile roles (i.e. Ray and The Last King of Scotland) and is just plain cool. Anyway, here she is in a photo she did for LA Times Magazine, the hair is...interesting but the dress rocks!
